Shipping
Every item is made to order — nothing sits in a warehouse. Once you order, your item is printed and shipped, and most orders arrive within 5–8 working daysin both the UK and the US. You'll get a shipping email with a tracking number the moment it's on its way.
Tracking your order
Your order confirmation and tracking emails come from our fulfilment partner, Fourthwall. Can't find them? Check spam first, then reply to the order email — their support team answers within about 12 hours, every day of the week.
Returns & replacements
- Misprints, damage or faults: replaced free, no quibbles. Reply to your order email with a photo and a new one gets made.
- Sizing:because items are made just for you, we can't accept returns for size — please check the size guide on each product page before ordering.
